Our team was responsible for the project consulting and initial pre openng leasing of Tavira Gran Plaza, which has 30,000 sqm GLA and is situated in the city of Tavira in the Algarve.
The shopping centre opened to the public with 98% of its GLA leased. Its main tenants were a Continente Hypermarket, Zon Cinemas, Sport Zone, CIA, Espaço Casa, Seaside, DeBorla, Zippy, Modalfa, among other referenced stores.
