Management and leasing in exclusivity for five years
Our team was responsible for the management and leasing of this Shopping Centre and Retail Park between May 2005 and May 2010.
In this period we were responsible for a complete change in the tenant mix, which generated a 26% increase in annual rents invoiced.
As part of this commercial rennovation part, we introduced anchor stores such as a Continente hypermarket, Worten, Sport Zone, Modalfa, Bijou Brigitte and Décimas, among others referenced stores.
