Management and letting
Galaxy was selected to execute the exclusive management and letting of this Asset since July 2015.
Atlantic Park Carvalhos is a mixed used concept with a retail gallery and logistics wharehouses, having 20.000 sqm GLA. In some years Galaxyvalor was able to occupy 100% of the Asset GLA.
As tenantes of the commercial gallery Atlantic Park Carvalhos has a Froiz supermarket, Rádio Popular, Hôma, SportsDirect, KIK, Clinica Unilabs, Top Pet, Galeria Café and Divimartin. The Logistics Operators present are ICP group, Group Carreras and Group Sesé.
