In 2023 we have increased 19% the rents of the 8 Assets we have under exclusive management.
In 2023 we have letted / reletted 21% of the 112.000 sqm GLA we have on the 8 Assets under our exclusive management and letting.
In 2023 we have achieved 100% GLA occupation at 3 of the Assets we have under our exclusive management and letting.
This results are not possible to achieve without a great team and without clients and tenants trust in our work.
We look forward to next year as we anticipate we will maintain a similar performance in 2024!
