Galaxyvalor places Ornimundo at Atlantic Park Setúbal

The new Ornimundo fantastic store, with 820 sqm, opened June 6th, at Atlantic Park Setúbal. Since Galaxyvalor assumed the Asset management and leasing one of the main objectives was always to achieve an 100 % GLA ocupation in this Asset, through improvement of tenant mix and placing new stores. This was achieved now with the opening of Ornimundo store. This tenant maintained during the covid 19 lockdown the fitouts always ongoing having the conviction that the Atlantic Park Setúbal Retail Park is an Asset where it's mandatory for a great pet shop to be present and it will contribute now for the Asset to be better prepared for the future.
